By installing and using the ClassCharts Improver browser extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must uninstall the Extension immediately.

2. Description of Service

ClassCharts Improver is a third-party browser extension designed to enhance the visual appearance and functionality of the ClassCharts student portal. It is not an official product of Edukey Education Ltd or ClassCharts.

3. Important Disclaimers

Third-Party Relationship: James Theakston and ClassCharts Improver are independent of ClassCharts, Edukey Education Ltd, and any associated entities.

"As Is" Basis: The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for compatibility, school updates to the ClassCharts portal may cause the Extension to stop working or display data incorrectly.

User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Extension complies with your school's IT policies or code of conduct.

4. User Accounts & Security

If you create an account for synchronization features:

  • You must provide an accurate email address.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • You agree not to use the Extension for any fraudulent or malicious activity.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or disrupt the service.

5. Intellectual Property

The code, branding, and original assets of ClassCharts Improver are the intellectual property of James Theakston. You may view the source code on GitHub for educational purposes, but you may not redistribute modified versions of the extension as your own without explicit permission.

ClassCharts and associated logos are trademarks of Edukey Education Ltd. Use of these names is for descriptive purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, missed school deadlines, or technical errors) arising out of the use or inability to use the Extension.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the extension's update logs or on the official website. Your continued use of the extension following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
